    The Fiber Temperature Measurement to Prevent Spontaneous Combustion in Large Angle Caving Face

    • By using fiber grating temperature sensing system, the fiber grating temperature sensors were embedded in the goaf and crossheading, real-time monitoring was carried out for the goaf measuring points and temperature changes of main roadway, the data storage, analysis and upload was completed, and the continuous monitoring system formed which included computers, fiber sensing, optical transmission, optical control technology and so on. According to the monitoring results, the measures of dual nitrogen injection, high pressure injection grouting and chemical expansion inert foam were taken for the danger area of spontaneous combustion, which prevented spontaneous combustion in coal seams of goaf and ensured mine safety production.
