    Ni-MH Battery Charger of Mine-used Portable Instrument

    • Aiming at the issues of battery not fully charged, long charging time and memory effect, which exists in Ni-MH battery charger of traditional mine-used portable apparatus, a design scheme to charge three 1.5 Ah Ni-MH batteries is proposed. This charger is created by using MCP1631 as core controller, supplemented by discharge circuit, to form pulse charger. In addition, the functions of temperature detection, voltage detection and charging current detection are also added.
