    • Although the level of safety management of coal mine improves continuously in China, but the safety situation of coal mine is still very serious, so it is necessary to evaluate the safety risk level of coal mine in china. Firstly, it analyzes the influence of person, machine, environment, management on safety management of coal mine. According to the relationship between safety risk of coal mine and some factors, such as safety accidents, personnel quality, technology equipment, comprehensive management and natural conditions, it selects the mortality of million tons, the cultural level of staff, the technical measures of five great disasters and gas levels as the basis of the level of coal mine safety management. Moreover, combined with the concrete case, it uses the expert scoring method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate and obtain fuzzy evaluation matrix, produce comprehensive score of coal mine safety risk, finally define the safety grade of coal mine.
