    Control Technology of Three-phase Motor Operating Mechanism for High Voltage Circuit Breaker in Coal Mine with 35 kV Power Network

    • In order to improve the controllability of 35 kV switchgear of coal mine power grid, to implement the intelligent opening and closing operation of high voltage circuit breaker, the paper proposes a kind of three-phase motor operating mechanism control technology. For the operation characteristics of 40.5 kV high voltage circuit breaker, motor operating mechanism control system was designed, including the bridge drive inverter circuit, three-phase winding current detection circuit, motor rotor position detection circuit, etc., and the corresponding software programs are compiled. The experiment on the control system with high-voltage circuit breaker and three-phase motor operating mechanism has been done, and the results show that the control system can carry out effectively control on the motor operating mechanism motion process, and satisfy the opening and closing operation requirements of coal mine high voltage circuit breaker.
