    Research on Reasonable Working Resistance of Support at Fully Mechanized Mining Face with Large Mining Height

    • In the view of the phenomenon of serious strata pressure behavior at fully mechanized working face with large mining height, we analyze and study the working situation of supports at 12106 fully mechanized working face in Shendong Mining Area Shangwan Mine. 151 stents are arranged at 12106 working face. Through the data analysis of working resistance from support monitoring, it shows that the average value of roof periodic weighting interval of working face is 21.1 m and the mean of circulated end resistance of working face support is 13 914 kN and the average value of setting load of support is 11 819 kN, and working face does not reach the rated early support force. “Four-one” rule is used to check reasonable working resistance of the mining working face, based on the site measured data and theoretical calculation, the reasonable working resistance of 12106 working face is 18 000 kN.
