Research and Application of Coal Mine Disaster Risk Management Techniques

On the basis of identifying danger sources,from the occurrence probability of controlling accidents and the severity of the consequences,the technology model of coal mine disaster risk management including preventive measures,protective measures and emergency measures is established.According to the main safety issues in Fujian coal and electricity group,preventive,protective and emergency measures are developed by five kinds of dangerous sources of gas,water,fire,dust and roof.Selecting coal mine disaster risk management software developed by Browser / Server framework,the dynamic information management,control measures information management and contingency plans management and other functions of dangerous sources are achieved,which has been applied in related mine of Fujian coal and electricity group.
