Study on Emergency Response Capability Evaluation of Coal Mine Water Disaster

Considering the problem of lacking special pertinence on emergency response capability evaluation study of past coal mine disaster,this paper put forward the evaluation index system of the emergency response capability for coal mine water disaster based on studying the occurring influencing factors upon coal mine water disaster and the evaluation of emergency response capability of disaster.Evaluation model of emergency response capability for coal mine water disaster,including 3 levels of target layer,rule layer and program layer,was constructed by AHP analysis method,and weights and classification of evaluation indexes were calculated by analysis method of AHP combined with Delphi.Lastly,the level of emergency response capability for coal mine water disaster was given by numerical forms,which provided the theoretical basis for emergency managerial ability for coal mine water disaster.
