    Personnel Positioning and Winch Linkage Lock-up Control System

    • In order to prevent the occurrence of coal mine rail transit accidents due to that the pedestrian entered the inclined lane, a linkage lock-up control system is designed, which combines the personnel positioning system with winch lock-up control system in coal mine. Through dynamic target recognizer of the personnel positioning system, the system can identify the identities of the miners which enter the lane, then lock the winch quickly, and warn the miners by the acoustooptic alarms. In the practical application, the administrator can instantly find the identities of the miners in the lane from the monitoring platform of the ground central station, and at the same time, the system can lock winch within 4 s and warn the miners, which can effectively avoid safety accidents in rail transportation of inclined lane.
