Simulation Analysis of Lifting Performance of Open Hydraulic Winch

    • Hydraulic winch is a high load winch with oil as working medium. AMESim software was used to simulate and analyze the open-type hydraulic winch, it was found that the quality of the weight, the moment of inertia, the set pressure of the relief valve and the accumulator have great influence on the lifting performance of the hydraulic winch. The greater the weight mass, the smaller the fluctuation of lifting speed. Appropriately increasing the moment of inertia can also increase the stability of the system, and the settling time of the system is basically unchanged. Properly reducing the set pressure of the overflow valve can increase the stability of the system and reduce the hydraulic impact on the hydraulic system. Adding accumulators in the system can absorb hydraulic impact, but the settling time of system will increase.
