    Numerical Simulation and Monitoring of Pressure Characteristics of Solid Filling Mining

    • To study the characteristics of overburden failure and stress field distribution in filling mining, the T6001 filling working face of Xinyuan Coal Mine is used as the engineering background. The pressure monitoring of the working face is monitored by the hydraulic monitoring of the hydraulic pressure sensor. The FLAC3D software was used to simulate the filling and slump mining process to analyze the overburden failure and stress field distribution. The results show that the resistance curve of the bracket shows a trend of high at both ends and low in the middle, which reflects the process of supporting the roof from small to large after the filling and compaction of the filling body; the roof failure and stress distribution of the filling mining of the goaf is similar to that in caving mining, with the increase of the area of the goaf, the control effect of the filling body on the overburden activity is gradually enhanced. The peak value of the final filling mining is about 49 MPa, and the height of the overburden is 3.5 m, which is 10% and 71.5% lower than caving mining respectively, and filling mining effectively reduces the extent of mine pressure.
