    Gob-side Entry Driving Position of Small Pillar and Support Design

    • Using borehole stress gauges to measure and research that the lateral abutment pressure peak is from coal wall 10 m, and determine that the coal pillar width is 5.0 m. Gob-side entry coal pillar influenced by mining extent are reduced tendency. Gob-side entry coal pillar will remain stable part without damaging area through a rational choice coal pillar width under the mine geological conditions.
