The Control Accidents Factors of Production Safety Policy in Coal Mine in China

In order to study the role of coal mine production safety policy on controlling accidents, nine categories that includes the scientificity of policy, safety supervision, economic interests, safety management, safety facility, excavate situation, science and technology in safety, safe behaviors, occurrence characteristics of coal and rock are described by researching literature and system analysis. The article sequentially introduces the role of production safety policy in controlling accidents. The effect of control accident of safety policies is result of many factors. The conclusion provides a theoretical basis for formulating new safety policy scientifically and reframing safety laws.
