    • 摘要: 针对呼吸器氧气瓶压力失效造成的危害,采用显式非线性动力有限元软件LS-DYNA对一定TNT当量下的圆柱形氧气瓶进行数值模拟,分析氧气瓶受力爆破过程,得出氧气瓶在压力失效爆破时元素节点的速度。结果表明:氧气瓶在中心环面处出现塑性失稳,裂纹轴向扩展进而爆破,破片元素速度较大,为氧气瓶防爆装置设计提供理论基础。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the adverse effect on account of pressure failure of breathing apparatus oxygen cylinders, the numerical simulation of cylindrical oxygen cylinder under a certain TNT had been done with the explicit nonlinear dynamic finite element software LS-DYNA, the stress blasting process of oxygen cylinder was analyzed, the speed of element node was obtained when the pressure of oxygen cylinder became invalid and led to blast. The results showed that the plastic instability of oxygen cylinder occurred in the center of the torus, the crack appeared axial dispersion and then the blast happened, the velocity of fragment elements were very fast, which provided the theoretical basis for the explosion-proof device design of oxygen cylinder.
