Abstract:
To enhance the prevention and control capabilities of coal mine disasters and effectively respond to the complexity and unpredictability of multiple disasters, an in-depth exploration of integrated prevention and control for multiple disasters was conducted based on the integrated management and control platform of intelligent mine. The applicability of the management and control platform for integrated management and control of multiple disasters was discussed from three aspects: data fusion to address information isolated island, new-generation information technology to address disaster warning and decision-making issues, and information sharing and collaborative processing functions to address multi-departmental coordination issues. Initial disaster prediction and prevention strategy, multi-disaster possibility and risk assessment, related disaster prevention and control and chain breaking methods, emergency management, escape and rescue intelligent management and cooperative control mechanism are proposed. The results show that the integrated management and control platform of intelligent mine provides a new technical means for coal mine disaster prevention and control, can significantly improve the level of coal mine disaster prevention and control, and provide a strong guarantee for mine safety production.
