矿工职业召唤对安全绩效的影响研究

    Research on the influence of occupational calling on safety performance of miners

    • 摘要: 为切实有效提升矿工安全绩效水平,根据421名矿工的有效调查问卷,通过建立的以建设性责任知觉和工作繁荣感为中介、以前摄型人格为调节的理论模型来考察矿工职业召唤对安全绩效的影响机制,并运用结构方程模型和Bootstrap等方法对相关假设进行检验。研究结果表明:矿工职业召唤对安全绩效具有显著的正向影响;建设性责任知觉、工作繁荣感均在职业召唤与安全绩效之间起着部分中介作用;前摄型人格显著正向调节了建设性责任知觉及工作繁荣感在职业召唤与安全绩效之间的中介作用。

       

      Abstract: In order to effectively improve the level of miners’ safety performance, based on the effective questionnaire of 421 miners, this study investigated the mechanism of the influence of miners’ occupational calling on safety performance by establishing a theoretical model mediated by constructive responsibility perception and job prosperity and moderated by proactive personality, and the structural equation model and Bootstrap method were used to test the relevant hypotheses. The results show that the occupational calling of miners has a significant positive impact on safety performance; constructive responsibility perception and job prosperity both play a partial mediating role between occupational calling and safety performance; proactive personality positively moderates the mediating effects of constructive responsibility perception and job prosperity on occupational calling and safety performance.
