Abstract:
To improve the intelligence and efficiency of mine fire prevention and control, a comprehensive prevention and control strategy for caving coal mining fires based on the intelligent mine integrated management and control platform is proposed. Firstly, the fire characteristics and dangers of caving coal mining are analyzed, including the spontaneous combustion conditions of residual coal in the goaf, the problem of air leakage through roof fissures, and the impact of face length and advancing speed on fire risk. The existing fire perception and prevention technology and equipment are evaluated, and their problems are pointed out, such as incomplete perception coverage and immature early warning model algorithms. Based on these issues, a comprehensive fire prevention and control center is constructed, and a comprehensive prevention and control strategy is proposed, including fire prediction and early warning, coal spontaneous combustion prevention and treatment strategies, as well as associated disaster prevention and control, and emergency response and rescue strategy previews. Through the construction of a fire comprehensive prevention and control center on the intelligent mine integrated management and control platform, the fire situation in the goaf can be more effectively monitored, the accuracy of intelligent analysis and early warning can be improved, and the reliability of collaborative prevention and control can be enhanced. The intelligent mine comprehensive management and control platform can achieve comprehensive, dynamic, and intelligent management of fire risks during the caving coal mining process.
