基于UWB技术的信息矿灯设计与实现

    Design and implementation of an information mining lamp based on UWB technology

    • 摘要: 针对智能煤矿建设规范要求定位通信终端一体化设计,以UWB(超宽带)精确定位网络为传输平台,设计了一种基于UWB技术的低成本、多功能的信息矿灯。采用时隙动态调度算法管理精确定位时隙和数据通信时隙,在精确定位时隙内进行TOF定位,实时监测人员位置信息;采用数据传输可靠机制,在数据通信时隙内传输文字消息、语音消息和实时语音广播数据,利用液晶屏显示文字消息,基于蜂鸣器和振动电机进行报警提示,采用矿灯灯头喇叭播放语音消息和实时语音,基于灯头麦克进行语音采集、向中心站发送语音消息。试验测试与分析结果表明:信息矿灯定位精度可达0.3 m,定位距离不小于400 m,报警命令和文字消息的传输时延小于2 s,信息矿灯与中心站之间语音消息的传输时延小于8 s,中心站启动应急广播时,所有信息矿灯播放实时语音的响应时间小于2 s。

       

      Abstract: In view of the integrated design of positioning communication terminals required by the construction specifications of smart coal mines, based on UWB precise positioning network as transmission platform, a low cost and multi-function information mining lamp based on UWB technology is designed. The time slot dynamic scheduling algorithm is used to manage the precise positioning time slot and the data communication time slot, and perform TOF positioning in the precise positioning time slot to monitor the personnel position information in real time. The reliable data transmission mechanism is used, which transmits text message, voice message and real-time voice broadcast data in the data communication time slot, displays text message using LCD screen, gives alarm based on buzzer and vibration motor, plays voice message and real-time voice based on lamp horn, collects voice message based on lamp microphone and sends voice message to central station. The test and analysis results show that the positioning accuracy of the information mining lamp can reach 0.3 m, the positioning distance is not less than 400 m, the transmission delay of alarm command and text message is less than 2 s, the transmission delay of voice message between the information mining lamp and the central station is less than 8 s, and the response time of all the information mining lamp playing real-time voice is less than 2 s when the central station starts the emergency broadcast.
