煤矿智能供电漏电故障防越级技术及发展展望

    Technology for leakage fault prevention and anti-override trip in coal mine intelligent power supply system and its development prospect

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿供电系统漏电及其防越级跳闸相关技术展开研究,涉及高压供电系统和低压供电系统2部分。高压供电系统相关研究从模型机理、方法、系统3个层面展开,煤矿高压系统漏电及防越级研究重点关注于间歇性电弧故障机理特性分析、相关方法的研究和系统智能化、装置一体化的研发设计;低压供电系统相关研究从漏电防越级必要性、模型特征、方法3个层面展开,煤矿低压系统漏电及防越级研究重点关注于漏电发生前的绝缘预警和漏电发生后保护的速动性、选择性。提出了数智化漏电故障防越级解决思路,给出了绝缘预警、故障选线、区段定位、故障测距、数字孪生“五维一体”的漏电防越级处理方案与实现的关键技术,并对煤矿智能供电漏电及防越级技术发展进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: The research on leakage and anti-tripping technology of coal mine power supply system is carried out, involving two parts: high voltage power supply system and low voltage power supply system. The relevant research on high-voltage power supply system is carried out from three levels: model mechanism, method and system. The research on leakage and anti-override trip of high-voltage system in coal mine focuses on the analysis of intermittent arc fault mechanism characteristics, the research of related methods, and the research and design of system intelligence and device integration. The research on low-voltage power supply system is carried out from three levels: the necessity, model characteristics and method of leakage protection. The research on leakage and protection of low-voltage system in coal mine focuses on the insulation warning before leakage and the quickness and selectivity of protection after leakage. This paper puts forward the solution of preventing leakage fault and anti-override trip by digital intelligent, and gives the “five-dimensional unity” leakage prevention solution and key technology of insulation early warning, fault line selection, section location, fault location and digital twin, and looks forward to the development of intelligent power supply leakage and anti-lapse technology.
