Abstract:
In order to explore the source and formation mechanism of miners’ production safety responsibility pressure, the interview text was analyzed by using the grounded theory method, and the constituent elements of miners’ production safety responsibility pressure were identified through the three-level coding program of open coding, spindle coding and selective coding, and the formation mechanism model of production safety responsibility pressure was determined according to the relationship between the elements. The research results indicated that miners’ safety production responsibility pressuremainly comes from six factors: safety system, leadership style, safety production requirements, individual cognition, professional quality and social environment. Each of these factors can independently affect miners’ safety production responsibility pressure. Furthermore, the safety system, leadership style, safety production requirements and social environment can also affect the pressure of safety production responsibility by affecting the individual cognition of miners.
