Abstract:
In response to the problems of coverage blind spots, short intrinsic safety power supply distance, and incomplete functions in the mine emergency broadcasting system, a set of mine emergency broadcasting system with full coverage of emergency instructions and graphic display and multi master linkage functions has been designed through comparative analysis of audio signal transmission methods, research on the principle of voice compression technology, discussion of mine information release and linkage alarm requirements, and combined with audio line control technology. Using SIP protocol to achieve broadcasting and call intercom functions through network audio modules; introducing voice compression technology to achieve bidirectional transmission of audio signals between the broadcasting station and the intrinsic safety broadcasting speaker reduces transmission power consumption while improving audio quality; itilizing transparent network transmission to achieve underground linkage between broadcasting equipment and other systems; combining the audio line modulation control technology, the system connection convenience and versatility are improved. Field application proves that the designed mine emergency broadcasting system fully meets the requirements of use and related standards, and greatly improves the intelligent level of mine emergency management.
