煤矿井下监测数据三维可视化关键技术

    Key technologies for 3D visualization of underground monitoring data in coal mine

    • 摘要: 针对在任意建模软件生成的巷道三维模型上进行监测数据的三维可视化需求,提出了监测数据三维可视化关键技术。通过将巷道中心线与巷道三维模型相融合,使用巷道着色技术,实现对完整巷道或某段巷道区域的动态效果渲染;根据GPU数据传输原理,将巷道数据存储为纹理进行传输,有效解决传递数据量不固定的问题;结合人员定位数据和传感器实时数据,研究了井下人员强度信息、传感器强度信息计算原理,改进了传感器数据强度值计算方法,提出了自适应阈值调整的颜色映射方法以及热点数据的颜色映射技术。研究结果在山西天地王坡煤矿进行了应用,监测数据得以正确显示,达到了预期效果。

       

      Abstract: For the three-dimensional visualization demand of monitoring data on the three-dimensional roadway model generated by any modeling software, the key technologies of three-dimensional visualization of monitoring data are proposed. By integrating the roadway centerline with the three-dimensional roadway model and using the roadway coloring technology, the dynamic effect rendering of the complete roadway or a certain roadway area is realized. According to the GPU data transmission principle, storing data as textures for transmission effectively solves the problem of unfixed data volume transmission. Combining personnel positioning data and real-time sensor data, the calculation principle of underground personnel intensity data and sensor intensity information is studied to improve the calculation method of sensor data intensity value, and a color mapping method with adaptive threshold adjustment and the color mapping technology of hot spot data is proposed. The research results are applied in Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Mine. The monitoring data is correctly displayed and the expected effect is achieved.
