Abstract:
In order to improve the dust control effect in the hydraulic support area of the fully mechanized working face, especially in view of the long-term existence of suspended dust in the upper space of the pedestrian area and the shortcomings of existing control measures, a negative pressure entrainment control dust removal technology powered by a high-pressure water spray system is proposed. By combining the response surface method (RSM) with numerical simulation, the key structural parameters affecting the performance of the device, such as spray pressure, nozzle diameter, contraction section diameter, contraction section length are used as optimization design variables, and the suction volume and injection ratio are used as response values. A multivariate quadratic regression equation between the optimization variables and the suction volume and injection ratio is established. The research results show that spray pressure has the most significant effect on the suction volume, and its rate of change can be as high as 244.6% under different spray pressure conditions. The relationship between nozzle diameter, shrinking section diameter and shrinking section length and suction volume shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. The expansion section length and expansion section angle have little effect on suction volume, with the rate of change being 21.8% and 25.2% respectively; the influence degree of each parameter on the suction volume and injection ratio is spray pressure> contraction section diameter> contraction section length> nozzle diameter; in addition, spray pressure and contraction section diameter have obvious interaction on the suction volume and injection ratio; the optimal parameter combination obtained after response surface analysis is as follows: spray pressure 2.598 MPa, nozzle diameter 1.990 mm, contraction section diameter 158.831 mm, contraction section length 176.774 mm, expansion section length 200 mm, and expansion section angle 10°. Under this combination, the suction volume of the system is 0.665 m
3/s, and the injection ratio is 0.002 5. The air suction volume of the system is 0.665 m
3/s, and the injection ratio is 0.002 5.
