Abstract:
By systematically sorting out the classification of mining accidents in China, mining accidents are classified into two categories: underground accidents and surface accidents, and their characteristics and patterns are analyzed in depth. Based on the actual scenarios and combat characteristics of mine rescues, the method of demand analysis and equipment principle exploration was adopted to study the equipment allocation system for mine accident rescues. The research subject is one squadron, each consisting of three squads. Firstly, a detailed analysis was conducted on the equipment requirements for five categories of mining rescue teams, including detection and search, drilling and rescue, demolition and support, mine drainage, and firefighting and rescue. The specific functions for each type of equipment in different accident types and rescue scenarios were clarified. Each squadron should be equipped with detection and search equipment such as 3D laser scanners, radar life detectors, audio and video detectors, as well as drilling and rescue equipment such as horizontal small-diameter drilling rigs in underground mines. Secondly, the principles of equipping advanced and applicable equipment for mining rescue teams were discussed, including equipping some equipment according to the team, some equipment according to the squadron, equipping according to actual needs, and selecting and matching some equipment. Once again, the principle of equipment priority allocation has been determined, and key allocation directions such as underground life search equipment, underground drilling and rescue equipment, underground drainage pumps and pipelines, and open-pit mine detection equipment have been proposed. Finally, suggestions were put forward for the work of mine accident rescue equipment from the two dimensions of equipment research and development and equipment configuration, such as strengthening the research on technical equipment such as underground reconnaissance drones, roof displacement monitoring equipment, airbag sealing, lightweight underground drainage pumps, etc., strengthening the equipment for underground life search, underground drilling and rescue, as well as detection equipment such as slope radar and 3D laser scanners.
