    新型拉力分散型锚杆支护参数优选数值模拟研究

    Numerical simulation study on optimization of supporting parameters of a new type of tension dispersed bolt

    • 摘要: 为解决传统锚杆无法有效适应深部岩巷复杂应力环境的难题,以某巷道为工程背景,针对1种新型拉力分散型锚杆,基于控制变量试验设计方法,对锚杆长度、锚杆间距、锚杆排距、锚杆直径和锚固长度5个主要参数不同组合方案下的巷道支护进行了数值模拟;分析了巷道围岩的变形和垂直应力的变化,给出了锚杆支护的最优参数以及各参数对巷道围岩变形的控制效果的影响主次顺序。结果表明:基于锚杆参数对巷道围岩的控制作用,优选后的锚杆参数为锚杆长度2.5 m、杆体直径22 mm、锚固长度0.5 m、锚杆间排距0.6 m;通过支护参数优选,可以有效控制围岩稳定性和巷道安全。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem that traditional bolt cannot effectively adapt to the complex stress environment of deep rock roadway, taking a roadway as the engineering background and aiming at a new type of tension distributed bolt, the roadway support under different combination schemes of 5 main parameters, such as bolt length, bolt spacing, bolt row spacing, bolt diameter and anchoring length, is numerically simulated based on the control variable test design method. The deformation of roadway surrounding rock and the change of vertical stress are analyzed; the optimal parameters of bolt support and the main and secondary order of influence of each parameter on the control effect of roadway surrounding rock deformation are given. The results show that, based on the control effect of bolt parameters on roadway surrounding rock, the optimal bolt parameters are as follows: bolt length 2.5 m, bolt body diameter 22 mm, anchor length 0.5 m and row distance between bolts 0.6 m. The stability of surrounding rock and the safety of roadway can be effectively controlled through the optimization of supporting parameters.
