    Design of Intrinsic Safe DC Power for Signal

    • 摘要: 对本质安全电源的控制方法进行了分析,对信号用本质安全直流电源进行详细设计,具体从分立元件与集成电路、过压保护与过流保护2个方面分别进行设计,并比较其优缺点。工程应用结果表明集成电路较分立元件搭建的保护电路具有电路简单、成本低和可靠性高的优点。

       

      Abstract: The article analyzed control method of intrinsic safe power, and designed intrinsic safe DC power used for signal in detail, which was designed from two sides of discrete components and IC(integrated circuit), overvoltage and overcurrent protect, and its merits and faults were compared. Practical project result showed that the circuit constructed by IC has many merits such as sample circuit, low cost and high reliability.
