    • 摘要: 针对大倾角易燃厚煤层采煤工作面自燃危险区域范围大、漏风严重、火源点隐蔽性强等特点,根据某矿易燃厚煤层采煤工作面的实际情况,首先通过对煤层煤样进行氧化升温试验,确定了煤炭自燃预测指标气体,结合对大倾角易燃厚煤层自燃规律的分析,最终确定了自燃预测预报、工作面超前惰化煤体、采空区惰化和火区快速处理技术相结合的煤炭自燃预控技术,有效保障了大倾角易燃厚煤层采煤工作面的安全高效开采。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics that large dangerous area of spontaneous combustion, serious air leakage and high concealment of fire source for inflammable thick coal seam with large inclination, according to the actual condition of the mining face in inflammable thick coal seam of a coal mine, the index gas of coal spontaneous combustion prediction was determined through the oxidized heating experiment for coal samples. Combined with the analysis of spontaneous combustion law of inflammable thick coal seam with large inclination, the comprehensive prediction and control technology was established, including spontaneous combustion prediction technology, advance inerting technology of working face, goaf inerting technology and fast processing technology of fire area, which effectively ensured the safe and efficient mining for the mining face of inflammable thick coal seam with large inclination.
