    Establishment and Application of Mine Safety Hidden Danger Governance Knowledge Base

    • 摘要: 隐患排查治理工作是煤矿企业安全管理的首要任务。伴随着信息化的发展,如何有效利用积累的大量历史数据成为当前煤矿企业安全信息化建设的新问题和挑战。首先提出了煤矿安全隐患治理知识库的概念,并以产生式表示法表示隐患治理知识。其次基于微软数据库集成服务平台提供的模糊分组技术,通过对神火集团若干个矿务局隐患历史数据分析,详细阐述了模糊分组的关键步骤并加以实证分析,并在此基础上构建了一套健全的煤矿安全隐患治理知识库,同时详细阐述知识库在整个隐患治理闭合流程中的应用,为提升隐患治理能力、提高隐患治理闭合流程效率带来新的思路。

       

      Abstract: Hidden danger investigation and governance is the top priority for coal mine enterprise safety management. With the development of informatization, coal enterprises have accumulated a lot of hidden danger data. How to effectively use these historical data has become a new problem and challenge of current safety informatization construction in coal enterprises. In this paper, it first put forward the concept of coal mine safety hidden danger governance knowledge base, and then expressed the hidden danger governance knowledge with production representation. Secondly, it elaborated the key steps of fuzzy grouping and empirical analysis through the analysis of hidden danger historical data in several mining bureaus of Shenhuo Group, which based on fuzzy grouping technology provided by Microsoft SQL Server integration service platform, and it built a set of perfect mine safety hidden danger governance knowledge base on this basis. Furthermore, it expounded the application of the knowledge base in the whole closed process of hidden danger governance, which provided the new solution to improve governance ability and efficiency.
