    Influence Factors and Improvement Countermeasures of Trained Attitude in the Training

    • 摘要: 为进一步提高煤矿安全培训效果,通过对云南省煤矿安全培训现状分析,研究了培训过程中受训态度的影响因素及其对培训效果的影响,提出消除不利因素改善培训学员的受训态度,是提高煤矿安全培训效果的重要途径,并从改善企业及管理者的培训态度、完善培训过程、加强安全文化建设和改善外部环境4个方面阐述了改善学员受训态度的对策。

       

      Abstract: To further improve the effect of coal mine safety training, the effect factors of the trained attitude and their influence on training effect was studied during the training by analyzing the present situation of coal mine safety training in Yunnan province. It was proposed that the students' attitude was improved by eliminating unfavorable factors, which was an important way to enhance the effect of coal mine safety training. Furthermore, the strategies were elaborated to ameliorate the students' trained attitude from four aspects, which included improving the attitude of enterprises and their governor, perfecting the training process, strengthening the safety culture construction, and improving the external environment.
