    露天煤矿穿孔与运输作业期间PM2.5粉尘浓度分布规律

    PM2.5 Dust Concentration Distribution Law of Open Pit Coal Mine During Perforation and Transportion

    • 摘要: 为掌握PM2.5粉尘浓度在露天煤矿分布规律,利用粉尘浓度测量仪器对某露天煤矿穿孔与运输2个产尘量大的生产环节进行测试,测试了一定条件下露天煤矿的PM2.5浓度距离、时间上分布变化情况。结果表明:在产尘点固定、环境因素影响较小时,在产尘点附近存在粉尘聚集效应;PM2.5在自然情况下难以沉降,在距产尘点50 m以上 、停止作业30 min以上时仍然有较大浓度,且该数值远超空气质量标准。试验数据可为露天煤矿PM2.5粉尘防治提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to grasp the PM2.5 dust concentration distribution law in the open pit coal mine, the dust test was carried out in the perforation and the transportion parts of an open pit coal mine with dust concentration measuring instrument, where the dust was large. Under a certain conditions, the PM2.5 dust concentration change law of open pit coal mine was obtained over distance and time. The results showed that there was the dust aggregation effect near the dust source when the dust points were fixed and the environmental influence was little; the settlement of PM2.5 was difficult under natural condition, the dust concentration was also high when the distance was above 50 m from the dust producing points and the time of work stop was more than 30 minutes. The value was far from the air quality standard. The experimental data could provide the reference for the PM2.5 dust control of open pit coal mine.
