    Analysis of Explosion Impact Force on Explosion-proof Cover

    • 摘要: 介绍了对开干式防爆井盖的工作原理和结构;阐述了新型防爆盖的设计,并通过分析矿井内发生瓦斯爆炸时盖板的受力关系,建立起盖板翻转力矩的数学模型;通过积分方法计算出防爆井盖的翻转力矩。从而为防爆井盖的运动分析,关键部件的设计提供依据。

       

      Abstract: We introduce the working principle and structure of folio and dry explosion-proof cover, and describe the design of the new type explosion-proof cover. Through analyzing the stress relationship of the cover plate when mine gas explosion occurred, we build methematic model of turning torque of cover palte and calculate the turning torque of explosion-proof cover, which provides the basis for motion analysis of explosion-proof and key components design.
