    Activity Laws and Control Technology of Roadway Surrounding Rock Influenced by Overhead Mining

    • 摘要: 针对峰峰矿区某矿跨采软岩巷道地质采矿条件,采用FLAC2D数值模拟软件研究巷道围岩活动规律。结果表明:工作面跨采过程中,巷道左右两帮围岩位移与应力是非对称的,巷道围岩移近与应力的降低是同步的,受到工作面回采应力场和位移场的强烈影响。针对此类巷道围岩活动规律,采取壁后充填注浆+U型钢支架薄弱部位补强技术,实现支护-围岩承载结构共同承载,有效控制此类巷道围岩强烈变形。

       

      Abstract: According to the mining geological conditions of soft rock roadway influenced by overhead mining in Fengfeng Mining Area, using numerical simulation software FLAC2D, we research the activity laws of surrounding rock. The result shows that the displacement and stress of surrounding rock strongly influenced by the mining face stress and displacement field are unsymmetrical in the process of overhead mining, and the displacement of surrounding rock and stress reduction are synchronized. According to the laws of the surrounding rock activity for such roadway, taking the reinforcement technology of U-steel support and backfilling in weak parts can make support-surrounding rock structure bear together.
