    近距离煤层下煤层回采巷道支护设计

    Support Design of Lower Coal Seam Mining Roadway in Closed Coal Seams

    • 摘要: 贵州某矿6#煤层和5#煤层为近距离煤层,下煤层回采巷道的支护问题一直是影响整个回采工作的重要因素,针对该矿下煤层回采巷道的支护问题,采用钻孔窥视仪对下煤层回采巷道的围岩结构进行了全断面探测,分析了巷道围岩破坏特征;在此基础上,结合FLAC3D数值模拟软件,研究了上煤层残留煤柱底板应力分布特征,分析了上煤层遗留煤柱集中应力对下煤层回采巷道围岩稳定性的影响,并根据下煤层回采巷道围岩受力和变形特征,提出了非对称支护设计方案,现场监测数据表明该非对称支护方案能够较好的控制巷道围岩变形。

       

      Abstract: The 6# seam and 5# seam are the closed coal seams in a mine in guizhou. The support problem of lower coal seam is the most important factor for the work. For the problem of support control of lower roadway in this mine, we use filed survey and borehole camera to detect the whole section of rock structure, and analyzed the reason of coal seam failure. Combined FLAC3D, we studied the bottom stress characteristics in higher coal pillar, and analyzed influence of upper coal seam pillar on the stability of lower coal seam surrounding rock. Then according to the characteristics of stress and deformation of the lower coal seam, we proposed the asymmetric support scheme and achieved good support effect.
