    Roof Separation Monitoring System Based on Fiber Grating Sensor Technology

    • 摘要: 基于光纤光栅传感原理设计了顶板离层监测系统,并在实验室完成了光纤光栅顶板离层仪的标定及系统的测试,标定及测试结果表明离层数据与波长变化具有较高相关性、长期稳定性好。系统在华晋焦煤沙曲矿14301轨道巷的应用表明:与传统的测量方法相比,该系统不仅安全性提高、数据更加精确,且更适应于井下恶劣环境。

       

      Abstract: According to the fiber bragg grating sensing principle, we design a monitoring system to measure the roof separation, and the calibration of the fiber bragg grating instrument for roof separation and the test of the system are conducted in a lab. Calibration and test results show that the separation data has high correlation with changes in the wavelength; long term stability is good. Applying the system in Shaqu Mine 14301 roadway and the practice shows that compared with the traditional measuring method, the system not only improves safety and makes the data more accurate, but also adapts to the underground environment.
