    粒径对含瓦斯型煤力学性质及渗透特性的影响试验研究

    Experimental Study on Influence of Particle Size on Mechanical Properties and Permeability of Briquette Coal Containing Gas

    • 摘要: 以贵州矿区玉舍煤矿1#煤层3种不同粒径的型煤试件为研究对象,借助MTS815岩石力学伺服系统及自主研发的三轴渗流设备分别开展单轴压缩试验和三轴渗流试验,研究表明:含瓦斯型煤单轴抗压强度随粒径变化呈反相关关系,含瓦斯型煤抗破坏能力随粒径减小而增大;含瓦斯型煤弹性模量随粒径变化亦呈反相关关系;若有效应力恒定,3种粒径含瓦斯型煤渗透率均随温度升高而降低。若温度不变,3种粒径含瓦斯型煤渗透率随有效应力增加而减少;若温度和有效应力均恒定,300~450 μm粒径含瓦斯型煤渗透率最高。相同粒径含瓦斯型煤渗透率随有效应力升高而降低。

       

      Abstract: We take three kinds of different size briquette specimen from No.1 seam of Yushe Coal Mine in Guizhou as study object, and carry out uniaxial compression and triaxial seepage tests based on MTS815 rock mechanics experimental system and independent triaxial seepage device. It shows that uniaxial compressive strength of briquette coal containing gas changing with particle size changing is a inverse correlation. Damage resistance of briquette coal containing gas decreases with particle size increasing; elastic modulus of briquette coal containing gas changing with particle size is also a inverse correlation; if the effective stress is constant, the permeability of three kinds of different size briquette coal containing gas decreases with the increasing of temperature. If the temperature is constant, the permeability of three kinds of different size briquette coal containing gas decreases with the increasing of effective stress; if the temperature and effective stress is constant, the permeability of 300 μm to 450 μm briquette coal containing gas is the highest. The permeability of the same particle size briquette coal containing gas decreases with the increasing of effective stress.
