    Evaluation Method of Safety Monitoring for Freezing Shaft Lining

    • 摘要: 针对目前冻结井壁安全监测数据分析方法不明确的问题,基于拉麦公式和钢筋混凝土弹性模量等效的方法,研究了大海则煤矿主井内壁钢筋混凝土井壁结构的外力计算方法,提出了利用现有安全监测课题中传感器监测数据测量实际井壁受力,研究了井壁破坏预警值与报警值的划分方法。结果表明:大海则煤矿主井内壁561 m层位实际受力在设计值的35%左右,整体受力在安全范围以内。

       

      Abstract: According to the problem that data analysis method for safety monitoring of the shaft lining is not clear, based on the methods of the equivalent such as Lame formula and reinforced concrete elastic modulus, we research calculation method about external force of the inner wall of main shaft about reinforced concrete shaft lining at Dahaize Coal Mine, and present a method about actual force of the shaft lining by the existing sensor monitoring data of the safety monitoring subject, and study the early warning value of shaft linings and the division method of the alarm value. The results show that the actual stress on the inner wall of the 561 meters is between the design value of 35% in Dahaize Coal Mine and the overall stress is in the safety range.
