    • 摘要: 为了及时、准确、全面地获取矿用全液压钻机在工作过程中的各项参数,保证井下钻孔施工安全有效,提高井下钻孔施工效率,针对煤矿井下全液压钻机,开展了虚拟仪表技术研究,并研制了一套虚拟仪表系统;套虚拟仪表系统可监测钻机多项参数,以软件表盘、数字、柱状图等形式在LCD液晶屏上显示,对钻机关键部件提供故障预警功能。

       

      Abstract: We researched the virtual instrument technology and developed a set of virtual instrument system for the coal mine full-hydraulic drilling rig in order to obtain the parameters of the rig in the course of work timely, accurately and comprehensively, so that it could ensure the safety and validity of the drilling construction and improve the efficiency of drilling construction. This set of virtual instrument system can monitor various parameters of drilling rig. All the information will be displayed on the LCD screen in the forms of software dials, numbers and histograms and it provides fault early warning function of the key parts of the drilling rig.
