    Numerical Simulation and Optimal Design for Arresting System of Mine-used Trackless Rubber-tyred Vehicle

    • 摘要: 针对在矿山斜巷运输过程中,胶轮车失速拦截时阻拦索对车辆的冲击而危害到驾驶人员安全的问题,结合胶轮车安全防护系统为研究对象,分析阻拦系统各机构的力学规律。采用数值模拟软件模拟阻拦索在不同受力状态下,失速车辆的加速度和位移变化曲线。根据结果分析阻拦索在不同受力状态下的阻拦效果,与试验结果比较,验证模型合理性并探究阻拦机构阻拦力最优的加载方式,为阻拦机构的优化设计提供一定的理论依据。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of the impact of arrest wire on the vehicles and endangering the safety of drivers in rubber wheels intercept during the process of inclined shaft transportation, taking safety protection system of rubber wheels as research object, the mechanical law of each mechanism is analyzed. Numerical simulation software was used to simulate the acceleration and displacement curves of stalled vehicle under different stress state of arrest wire. According to the results, arresting effect of cable in different stress state is analyzed, and compared with experimental result, reasonability of test model is verified; arresting force loading method is explored, which provides theoretical basis for optimal design of arresting mechanism.
