    再生顶板中弱胶结岩梁破坏机理的数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of Failure Mechanism of Weakly Bonded Rock Beam in Regeneration Roof

    • 摘要: 为研究复采时再生顶板结构中弱胶结岩梁的破坏机理,以复采再生顶板结构模型为基础,采用离散元数值软件3DEC构建了弱胶结岩梁的数值模型,模拟分析了再生顶板弱胶结压实带内岩梁的失稳过程。结果表明:弱胶结岩梁失稳前一般先形成块体三铰拱结构,随着块体三铰拱铰点处塑性变形的增大,三铰拱稳定性逐渐降低,岩块胶结面出现开裂、滑移,从而导致整层岩梁的失稳垮落;组成岩梁的岩块跨距越小,顶板稳定性越低;岩梁悬露的岩块数量大于2且为偶数时,节理面只在3个铰点处发生开裂,两边界铰点呈“V”字形,而中间铰点呈“倒V”形。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the failure mechanism of weakly bonded rock beam in the re-mining roof structure, based on the model of re-mining roof, the numerical model of the weakly bonded rock beam is built by the discrete element software 3DEC. The instability process of the rock beam in the weakly consolidated compaction zone is simulated and analyzed. The results show that the weak cemented rock beam generally first forms three-hinged rock arch structure before the instability; with the increase of plastic deformation of the hinged point, the stability of the three hinged arch decreases and the cracks and slippages of the rock mass cement surface appear to lead to the collapse of the whole rock beam; the smaller the span of the rock blocks, the lower the stability of the roof; when the number of exposed blocks is more than 2 and even number, the joints are only cracked at three hinged points. The hinged points of the two boundaries are “V” shape and the middle hinged point is “inverted V” shape.
