    迈步式大采高超前液压支架设计与应用

    Design and Application of Step-type Advanced Hydraulic Support with Large Mining Height

    • 摘要: 随着煤矿大采高工作面自动化水平的不断提高,现存超前支护存在不能同时满足两巷道支护要求、顶板破坏较大、设备配套复杂难以拉架等缺点,已经难以满足大采高工作面开采的发展。通过对沿空巷道围岩关系进行分析,得出超前液压支架支护强度和支护长度,对支架主要参数及支架结构进行设计,并对进风和回风两巷超前液压支架与采煤设备配套布置进行分析,通过矿压检测验证支架的稳定性。

       

      Abstract: With the increasing automation level of large mining height of coal mine, the existing advanced support has many disadvantages, for instance, can not meet the requirements of two roadways support at the same time, the worse roof destruction, and difficulty in moving due to the complicated equipment, etc. All those disadvantages make it difficult to meet the development of large mining height mining. Through analyzing the relationship between the surrounding rocks along the empty roadway, the supporting strength and supporting length of advanced hydraulic support is obtained. The main parameters and framework of advanced hydraulic support are designed. This paper also analyzes the matching arrangement of two advanced hydraulic supports and coal mining equipment. The stability of the support is verified by mineral pressure testing.
