    矿井新型无轨架线车牵引供电系统设计

    • 摘要: 矿井无轨架线车牵引供电系统具有煤矿供电和地铁供电的双重特点,设计了一种新型矿井无轨架线车牵引供电系统,通过采用合理的整流方式,控制整流系统注入交流电网的总谐波量,减小对其它设备的影响,同时供电系统具备完善的继电保护和接地保护措施,有效弥补了传统动力源的不足,可提供稳定高效的动力源。研究结果表明供电系统输出直流电压纹波小,谐波少,不仅满足了无轨架线车重载上坡与长距离下坡的运行要求,也实现了井下辅助运输环保、安全、高效的运行。

       

      Abstract: The traction power supply system of mine trackless trolley has the dual characteristics of coal power supply and subway power supply. A new traction power supply system for mine trackless trolley is designed. The traction power supply system applies a reasonable way of rectification to control the total harmonic amount of rectifier system injecting into the AC grid and reduce the impact on other devices. This power supply system has perfect measures of relay protection and ground protection, which effectively makes up for the lack of traditional power sources and provides a stable and efficient power source. The results showed that this power supply system produced small DC voltage ripple, which met the operation requirements of uphill and long-distance downhill of overloaded trackless trolley. And this power supply system also realized environmental, safe and efficient operation of underground auxiliary transport.
