    坚硬煤体爆生裂纹的数值模拟及分析

    Numerical Simulation and Analysis of Blast-induced Cracks in Hard Coal Body

    • 摘要: 根据安泰煤矿三采区坚硬煤体的动态力学特性及相关爆破参数,利用LS-DYNA有限元程序模拟了单孔柱状装药爆破过程,分析了爆破应力波对煤体力学性质的影响及爆破裂纹的扩展过程,得到了坚硬煤体粉碎区和裂隙区的范围及形成时间。研究结果表明,坚硬煤体爆破粉碎区半径为装药半径的3.8倍,裂隙区半径为装药半径的51倍。

       

      Abstract: According to dynamic mechanical characteristics and relevant blasting parameters of hard coal body in the third mining area of Antai mine,the column charge explosion process of single hole is simulated by LS-DYNA programs.The range and formation time of smash district and crack area are obtained by analyzing the effect of blasting stress wave on the mechanical properties of coal and propagation process of blasting crackle.It is found that the radius of smash district in hard coal body is approximately 3.8 times of the charge radius,while the radius of crack area is approximately 51 times of the charge radius.
