    Research on gas tracing technology of combined drainage in close distance outburst coal seam group

    • 摘要: 为了解决近距离突出煤层群联合抽采瓦斯计量难题,以贵州能化小屯煤矿为工程背景,提出采用碳同位素法和分层计量相结合的方法综合确定煤层群中任一煤层抽采瓦斯所占比例,为煤层瓦斯抽采达标评判中残余瓦斯含量计算提供依据;基于碳同位素质量守恒定律,建立煤矿井下不同煤层混源瓦斯气体计算模型,选取代表性地点采集6、6、6、6+6、6+6+6单一煤层和混源瓦斯在实验室采用Isoprime 100型同位素比值质谱仪进行碳同位素测试,并采用MATLAB进行模型求解;同时采用分层计量的方法进行现场试验,在混源瓦斯中综合确定6煤层占17%,6煤层占61%,6煤层占22%。经现场实践:1614回采工作面抽采达标评判中计算残余瓦斯含量和实测瓦斯瓦斯含量值偏差小于5%,说明综合确定的瓦斯来源比例真实可靠。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of gas measurement in combined drainage of close outburst coal seams, taking Nenghua Xiaotun Coal Mine in Guizhou Province as the engineering background, the method of combining carbon isotope method and stratified measurement is proposed to determine the proportion of gas drainage in any coal seam group, so as to provide the basis for calculating residual gas content in coal seam gas extraction standard evaluation. Based on the law of carbon isotope mass conservation, the calculation model of mixed source gas in different coal seams is established. The single coal seam and mixed source gas in 6 upper, 6 middle, 6 lower, 6 upper + 6 middle, 6 upper + 6 middle + 6 lower were collected from representative sites. The carbon isotope was measured by Isoprime 100 isotope ratio mass spectrometer in the laboratory, and the model was solved by MATLAB. At the same time, the layered measurement method is used for field test. In the mixed source gas, the 6 upper coal seam accounts for 17%, the 6 middle coal seam accounts for 61%, and the 6 lower coal seam accounts for 22%. According to the field practice, the deviation between the calculated residual gas content and the measured gas content is less than 5% in the evaluation of the standard of 16 middle coal seam in 14 working face, which indicates that the comprehensive determined gas source ratio is true and reliable.
