Research on coal mine integrated linkage control and escape route guidance system based on GIS one-map technology

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of isolated data, poor linkage among the current coal mine safety monitoring system, personnel positioning system, and voice broadcasting system, as well as the lack of scientificity and intuitiveness in escape route guidance when accidents occur, a coal mine integrated linkage control and escape route guidance system based on geographic information system (GIS) one-map technology is proposed. Taking the existing three major systems of coal mines as the core data sources, the system realizes the in-depth integration and linkage control of multi-source data by constructing a 3-layer architecture of data “collection-processing-application”. At the key technical level, relying on GIS one-map technology, it integrates multi-dimensional information such as geological survey, equipment status, and personnel location. An improved Dijkstra algorithm is adopted to build an escape route planning model considering roadway traffic capacity and dynamic changes of dangerous areas, and a multi-system linkage logic is designed to realize the automatic collaboration of accident alarm, personnel positioning and tracking, and voice broadcast guidance. Experimental verification was carried out in an underground coal mine scenario. Compared with traditional independent systems, the system has significant performance advantages: the overall response time under accident scenarios is less than 2 s, the escape route planning time is less than 4 s, the dangerous area avoidance rate and personnel evacuation efficiency are significantly improved compared with traditional systems, and the actual escape time is significantly shortened. The system can intuitively display the comprehensive underground safety situation on the GIS one-map, accurately realize the automatic collaboration of accident alarm, personnel positioning and voice broadcast, and the planned escape route can dynamically adapt to changes in dangerous areas, effectively improving the efficiency of emergency disposal and escape safety.
