Air Refrigeration Local Cooling System for Coal Mine

From the advantages of FQ-series air axial fan, the concept of air refrigeration for coal mine local cooling is put forward. Combined thermodynamics theory and T-S diagram, this article analyzes the refrigeration mechanism of air refrigeration fan system, and puts forward a system solution and carries on trial operation. The results show that the average temperature of fan outlet falls by 0.364 ℃ after the system runs stably; the COP and overall efficiency of the system were 0.138 and 46.93%.
