Orthogonal Experiment Study on Preparation of Foam Sol Liquid

In order to develop the optimum formula of foam sol liquid with strong foamability, good adhesive force, by using the method of orthogonal experiment, anionic surfactant A, cationic surfactant B, admixture C, and crosslinking agent D were investigated four factors three levels two examination targets of the orthogonal experiment. Through the analysis of test data, we conclude that the minimum surface tension is 29.94 mN/m and combination is A₁B₃C₃, the maximum viscosity is 109 mPa·s and combination is A₃B₃C₃D₁. The experiment results show that the best combination of minimum surface tension and the strongest viscosity foam sol liquid is A₁B₃C₃D₁.
