Technical of Closing Fire Zone at High Gas Fully Mechanized Mining Coal Face

Close fire zone is one of the commonly used measures in the mine fire accidents processing, but during the process of closing the fire zone often occurs gas explosion accidents, which results the expanding of the fire zone and casualties and property losses. Through the analysis of the practice of closing the fire zone of fully mechanized working face in the Tiefa coal industry group, this paper proposed the safety technical measures and matters needing attention for Tiefa Coal Industry Group Company during the closing fire zone process.
