Design of Mine Hoist Load Monitoring System

We design mine-used multi-rope friction hoist safety monitoring system. The system uses the tension sensor to collect wire rope tension value and transfer the result to the underground transmission interface through wireless module after A/D conversion, and then the underground transmission interface sends the result to the ground master through CAN bus. Because of using wireless transmission from close range and CAN bus, the system has very high anti-interference ability. Meanwhile, the system has weighing display, output display and danger alarm functions. The system chooses optimization algorithm, uses energy-saving chips and meets the requirement of highly energy saving.
