Aggregated Method of Human Factor Analysis Results for Coal Mine Accidents Based on Group Decision-making Theory

    • In order to solve the inconsistency problem of analysis results which are obtained from different analysts by using human factors analysis and classification system (HFACS) to analyze the same mining accident, aggregated method for the analysis results is proposed based on group decision-making theory. Based on the consistency analysis of group human factor analysis results, analysts' weights are determined by difference of these results. And then, every human factor's group consistency analysis result in a mining accident is obtained by weighting aggregation to improve the objectivity of the human factor analysis results. Furthermore, an example is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
