Simulation Research on Psychological Factors Affecting Miners’ Unsafe Operation

In order to reduce the accidents and investigate the psychological causes of miners’ unsafe operation, a system model was built for the psychological factors to construct the miners’ unsafe operation behavior based on safety psychology combined with the principle of system dynamics. Based on the survey data of Wangzhuang Coal Mine, the dynamic simulation of the model was carried out by using Vensim PLE. Based on the analysis of the simulation results, 4 improved management models are proposed for the unsafe operation behavior of miners. The results show that: by improving the working environment, reducing the intensity of work, increasing the leadership care, strengthening safety education, strengthening incentives and penalties, we can effectively control the unsafe behavior of miners.
