Realization of the Whole System Intelligent Control at Fully-Mechanized Coal Mining Face in Zhengli Coal Mine

This paper studied the whole system intelligent control of 14-1104 fully-mechanized coal mining face of Zhengli Coal Industry. The system consisted of hydraulic roof supports, advance supports, end supports, shearers, scraper chain conveyors, belt conveyors, loaders, crushers, emulsion pumps, the centralized control center of automation control system, the electro-hydraulic control system, ground equipment and switches. This paper has given a specific design, and the whole system intelligent operation of the fully-mechanized coal mining face was realized.
